Site Help
Frequently asked questions
Q. I have to scroll horizontally to see the whole of the
site. How do I make the site fit onto one screen?
A. The site was designed and built to cater for the most
widely used screen size, 1024 by768 resolution. Any monitor with
the resolution set lower than this will have a horizontal scrolling
bar.
It is possible to enable the Huggies site to fit on one screen
for the PC. The simplest way to do this is to right click on any
screen background space on your monitor and select "Properties".
Then click on the "Settings" tab and change your screen resolution
to at least 1024 by 768.
Q. What is Adobe Acrobat Reader and is it safe to
download?
A. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a widely used program that
enables users to open a specially formatted file with a .PDF
extension. We use PDF's throughout our website; the most common
example is a colouring in sheet for your children. On the pages
that use this format we have provided you with a link to Adobe
Acrobat Reader to down load onto your computer.

Q. What is Flash Macromedia and why do I need it?
A. We have included some video elements in the Huggies
website. To view these videos you will need to download Flash
Macromedia, a widely used program. On the pages that use this
format we have provided you with a link to Flash Macromedia to down
load onto your computer.
Q. Why do I need to allow cookies when using the Huggies
Website?

functionality of the site for our members. For example, we have
some promotions and tools that can be accessed by members such as
our site poll or the win 6 months supply of Huggies nappies.
Q. Why can't I access some of the information and
activities on the site?
A. There are some areas of the site that have been
designed exclusively for our members. To access any activity or
information that has the red lock icon next to it, all you need to
do is sign in if you are already a member, or join now. You can
enjoy the benefits of membership immediately.
Q. What do the green stars next to some topics
mean?
A. The green stars are used to highlight content that is
useful or if interest to you and your baby.
Q. Why do I keep getting logged out from
Huggies?
A. You may have been away from your computer for
too long. It will automatically log you out after 30 mins of
inactivity. You can stop this from happening by selecting "remember
me" in the green sign in box.
Q. I tried to enter competitions but have forgotten my
password, and I can't signup again because I'm already a member
under my existing email address.
A.If you have forgotten your password, you can send
yourself an email containing your password by clicking on
"Forgotten password?" If you do not receive this email within a few
minutes, please check your "Bulk Mail Folder". Some email programs
